  1. Tuck Chin
  2. Reach up with both hands and grab the meaty part of the thumbs at the wrists with hooks- elbows high
  3. In a single simultaneous movement, using your elbows as leverage, snap/roll the attackers wrists away from your neck while keeping them tight against your chest, AND, front kick to the groin and step forward with your kicking foot to close the distance
  4. Bring power side elbow (#1) to face/chin/nose, while releasing only that attacker’s hand and maintaining the other hand close to your chest.
  5. Follow through with a return elbow (#3) to the face again.
  6. Continue the follow through with a Hammerfist to the neck, and then a strong dogbite to the neck.
  7. Elbow down- and using your body weight- bring his head down low to meet your knee- several times as necessary.
  8. Disengage and Assess.

  1. Rear fall break against the wall.
  2. Weak hand hooks the same side wrist/thumb area, while strong arm spears the sky.
  3. In one movement, pull the wrist down from throat while rotating 90° to your weak side, with strong elbow striking  (number 7 elbow) the assailants arm, driving his arm down.
  4. With your strong arm, dog bite rear of neck and twist in the opposite direction, slamming his head into wall.

Variation 1- Sweep arm under aggressors same side arm, other hand around back of neck, and your elbow down to prevent a sweep, pull down and thrust knee upward to face. 

Variation 2- Grab upper arm of aggressor (same side), other hand around back of neck, and your elbow down to prevent a sweep, pull down and thrust knee upward to face. 

Variation 3- (Muay Thai)- Both hands grab back of neck of aggressor, and your elbows down to prevent a sweep, pull down and thrust knee upward to face.

Uses the exact techniques as a round kick, including the 4 parts to a kick, but instead of using the shin as the weapon, you turn your hips over and use your knee as the weapon- typically to the mid-section of the abdomen.

  1. Bring your knee up high
  2. Pivot n the ball of your other foot as you strike
  3. Rotate your hips over to the inside and bring your knee in sharply to the target.
  4. KEEP YOUR HANDS UP AND ELBOWS DOWN
